HOW TO ORDER
At the bottom of the page of each product you want to order, click on [select] (Your browser should accept cookies while doing this)
Then, when you're done selecting the products you want, click, at the bottom of any page, on [see my selection]
Begin by choosing the country of delivery, which will calculate shipping costs.
Complete then the order sheet by entering your personnal data, then select your mode of payment.
When all this is done, click on "ORDER".
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we receive your payment.
GUARANTEE
The greatest care is taken in the fabrication of these creations and the very best of materials are used, so that no natural deterioration of these works should occur.
If a problem from the fabrication should occur, Art & Tissages guarantees its products in case of damage.
This guarantee does not cover damage in case of :
Broken stones or other materials; accidental dirtying or tearing; any damage due to treatment which does not conform to the instructions included with the article.
Damage occuring during transport :
Any damage sustained during transport is guaranteed, but must be reported within 48 hours.
These pieces often contain materials which do not permit the rolling or folding of the material for transport, in order that they arrive in perfect condition.
Light wrinkling may be seen on delivery, which will disappear naturally after hanging or a light misting, without need to iron.

POSTAL DELIVERY FEES
Postal delivery outside of France:
For purchases less than or equal to 100 €, packages are sent by simple priority mail at a standard fee of 5.50 €.
For purchases over 100€, items are shipped in International colissimo at a fee of 15,60 €.
For purchases over 100 €, the shiping fee is 15,60 € plus 0.38 € for insurance for each unit of value of 76,22 €.
I do not offer Paidment on Delivery" outside of France.
Postal delivery - France:
value 1 to 0 à 30 euros inclus => 4,13 €
value 1 to 30 à 50 euros inclus => 7,60 €
value 1 to 51 à 200 euros inclus => 8,50 €
value 1 to 201 à 400 euros inclus => 9,70 €
value 1 to 401 à 600 euros inclus => 10,90 €
value 1 to 601 à 800 euros inclus => 12,10 €
For purchases less than or equal to 30 €, packages are sent by simple priority mail at a standard fee of 1 €.
For purchases over 30 €, packages are sent by Collissimo Recommandé (Registered Mail) and the fee is determined by the value of the product. These fees are based on a maximum weight of 500 grams. Over this weight, Art & Tissages will pay the surcharge.
Products "Paid on Delivery" are sent with standard additionnal fee of 6.50 €.
